Process and Fees

Booking Process

1. All booking requests are to be submitted via our online booking system
2. Manutūkē Marae Committee will review and confirm your request 
3. To confirm your booking a deposit of $200.00 is payable 
4. Full and final payment for the hire of Manutūkē Marae is payable no later than 21 days prior to your scheduled booking 
5. Once full and final payment is received, the initial booking deposit becomes the refundable bond.
6. In the event of cancellation by the hirer prior to receiving final payment an administration fee will be charged. If a cancellation is actioned after receiving full payment the initial booking deposit is forfeited.
7. For confirmed bookings, a Marae representative will meet with the hirer at the Marae at an agreed time.     

Catering

Catering for your event is available by arrangement. Please include all catering requirements into your booking request outlining confirmed numbers and any dietary requirements.

Fees

Booking Deposit/Bond: 
$200.00 refundable

Day/Night Hire:
Kura - $300.00 per day/night

Whānau - $400.00 per day/night

Corporate - $600.00 per day/night

Linen:
$70 per wash

Catering:
By arrangement

Koha

Please note: If you are unable to afford the booking fee, booking is via application to the Manutūkē Marae Committee.
